Top SchoolMike Becker is a Staff Product Designer and Design Systems lead with 10+ years crafting scalable UI systems and pixel-perfect frontends for both enterprise products and consumer brands. Based in Greater Philadelphia, he blends senior UX engineering chops with creative direction—having built atomic design systems, turned Figma into production-ready HTML components, and led successful rebrands that drove measurable SEO and conversion gains. He also runs a carbon-neutral web3 lifestyle brand, launching multiple generative NFT projects on custom Ethereum contracts while managing community, vendors, and product roadmaps. Comfortable shipping code and design, Mike started his career as a front-end and Flash developer and repeatedly brings engineering pragmatism to design teams. He excels at translating stakeholder discovery and user research into reusable component libraries and processes that scale across distributed teams.
