Top SchoolMike Binder is a senior UX designer with 17 years of experience crafting accessible, efficient interfaces across industries from manufacturing and finance to real estate and SaaS. Based in Austin, he blends hands-on design and front-end development skills with product leadership—founding Inner Spark Media while leading UX teams at iBASEt, Ozmo, and now Dun & Bradstreet. He’s built and maintained design systems in Figma, driven user research and A/B testing, and designed shop-floor and AR-capable interfaces that customers demanded after demos. Known for running cross-functional workshops and mentoring designers, he excels at turning complex workflows into simple, usable experiences. His longevity and entrepreneurial streak reveal a designer who still genuinely loves the craft and pairs creativity with pragmatic execution.
