Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMike Castro is a pragmatic technology leader and co-founder with about nine years of full-stack engineering and people-management experience, currently serving as CTO at Tsikot.com. He excels at turning business requirements into secure, containerized production systems—having dockerized entire applications, led CI/CD migrations, and implemented compliance-ready architectures for finance and payment-sensitive platforms. Mike has repeatedly stepped into senior gaps (interim CTO, head of IT) to stabilize operations, automate compliance, and grow engineering teams across remote and distributed environments. Based in Baguio, he combines hands-on development (Symfony, Laravel, REST APIs, Vercel deployments) with hiring and process design, and even authored front-end curriculum as an IT consultant. Known jokingly on GitHub as a "keyboard therapist," he brings a calm, problem-solving approach that balances technical depth with operational rigor.
