Top SchoolMike Coleman is a seasoned solutions architect and product leader with 11 years in developer relations and over two decades shaping product, marketing, and partner strategies across enterprise and cloud platforms. Currently a Staff Solutions Architect at Docker after leading GKE developer advocacy at Google and developer adoption efforts at AWS and Sysdig, he excels at translating complex cloud-native and open-source technologies into clear developer workflows and launch-ready products. He has a rare blend of hands-on developer advocacy, product management, and go-to-market experience—having filled interim PM roles, shepherded open-source project graduations, and restructured documentation to reduce adoption friction. Known for building cross-functional programs that align engineering, marketing, and field teams, he regularly delivers workshops, conference talks, and technical content that drive measurable adoption. Based in Portland, Oregon, he leverages an MBA in entrepreneurship and a BS in Business Information Systems to connect technical strategy with business outcomes. A pragmatic communicator, he’s as comfortable defining P&Ls and partner ecosystems as he is crafting hands-on developer experiences.
