Top SchoolMike Korostelev is a Staff AI Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable AI and cloud-native systems across startups and enterprise teams, currently focusing on production multi-agent and workflow-driven AI at Pareto.AI. He blends deep engineering (MSEE, PhD ABD) with hands-on product delivery—having co-founded a PaaS that handled over 1M deployments and led cost-saving serverless ML inference at Black Knight. Mike has repeatedly shipped full-stack solutions that couple RAG, LLM tool integration, and durable distributed workflows (Temporal.io), and has a track record of prototyping LLM-driven developer tooling long before mainstream adoption. He balances technical leadership and individual contribution, from managing remote engineering teams and IDP automation to optimizing cold starts with a Rust-based Lambda runtime. Based in Philadelphia, he brings a public-policy and research-informed perspective, having led NSF-funded work applying ML to policy analysis and document processing at scale.
