Top SchoolMike Lau is a Workday-certified HR systems specialist with a decade of experience delivering HR technology and people-analytics solutions across APAC, EMEA and now from London. Combining an MSc in Work Psychology with hands-on Workday configuration and change management, he focuses on making HCM, Compensation, Absence and People Experience feel intuitive and locally relevant. He has led regional training, security and governance workstreams, driven dashboard-led HR insights, and supported cloud optimisation and release management for large enterprise clients. At SEGA Europe he now coordinates cross-regional system improvements and tailored adoption strategies, blending creative company culture with robust operational standards. Notably, his background in occupational psychology informs a user-centred approach to systems design that prioritises behaviour change as much as technical delivery.
