Senior🎓
Top SchoolMike Malyshev is a product-focused mobile engineer with 9 years of experience building high-performance iOS apps and a track record of reducing app complexity and network usage at scale. He has driven measurable improvements—introducing gRPC to cut traffic by 25%, consolidating Swift packages to reduce duplication, and slashing main-thread work to improve responsiveness—across companies from Flightradar24 to Sberbank. Now at Monzo, he brings deep iOS expertise (Swift/Objective-C) combined with prior Python experience and a habit of turning proofs-of-concept into production features like Live Activity that boost user registration. He also organizes cross-team knowledge sharing and builds tooling and architectures that minimize merge conflicts and speed up development.
