Summary
👤
SeniorMike Mcguire is an engineering manager and hands-on builder with 11 years of experience shipping web and AI products, currently leading Conversational AI at Pebl. He moves fluidly between roles—architect, manager, and developer—and has taken complex systems from prototype to production, notably delivering an enterprise-grade RAG-powered conversational platform in eight weeks. His background spans front-end Flash and HTML roots to modern stacks like React/TypeScript, Elixir, Node.js, and infrastructure-as-code, giving him rare full-stack fluency. He has architected global compliance and knowledge systems that power real-time insights across 192 countries, and he builds teams and tooling that accelerate cross-functional delivery. A lifelong tinkerer who cut his teeth on MS-DOS gaming and early web experiments, he brings curious, practical problem-solving to scaling AI and distributed systems.
