Top SchoolMike Morley is a solutions engineer and founder with over 25 years of experience turning fragmented data into actionable knowledge across Environmental, Mining, Energy, AEC and Financial sectors. He co-founded Menome Technologies to liberate siloed documents and files via knowledge graphs and ML—a product that was acquired and led to an advisory role at Arcurve before he joined Neo4j to help customers operationalize AI with graph context. Grounded in a BASc in Geological Engineering and shaped by early field-facing roles, Mike specializes in pragmatic, outcomes-driven systems that bridge the gap between possibility and real-world usefulness. He excels at building cross-functional teams and platforms that surface hidden organizational knowledge from unstructured sources. Beyond tech, he serves on the board of an improv theatre, reflecting an appreciation for creativity and community as levers for talent and innovation. Not obvious from titles alone: he applies a martial-arts inspired philosophy of “bridging the gap” to turn advanced ideas into measurable business impact.
