Top SchoolMike Potter is a Principal Engineer specializing in CMS strategy and implementation, currently shaping Drupal and JAMstack solutions at Phase2 after over a decade as a senior architect there. He brings 14+ years of hands-on web and product leadership plus more than two decades running his own internet software business, blending technical depth in PHP, Drupal, MySQL, and front-end JavaScript with practical UX and branding sensibilities. A PhD-trained physicist, he pairs rigorous analytical thinking with clear communication that helps nontechnical stakeholders navigate complex web projects. Mike’s background includes building internal tooling, best practices, and knowledge-sharing systems that scale across teams, and an uncommon mix of enterprise and small-business experience dating back to pioneering web work in the 1990s.
