Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolMike Richman is a Senior Data Scientist II with 12 years of experience blending particle astrophysics rigor and production ML at ad-tech companies like Cadent and LG Ad Solutions. A PhD-trained neutrino astrophysicist, he translates complex scientific modeling into deployable systems, library design, and persuasive data visualizations. Expert in Python, increasingly productive in Rust, and warming to JavaScript, he balances low-level engineering with high-level storytelling. He has a track record of progressing from associate to lead roles, shipping scalable models and technical writing that bridge research and product teams. Based in Philadelphia, he brings an uncommon mix of academic depth and hands-on engineering—hacking since elementary school and still curious enough to learn new languages.
