Top SchoolMike Taylor is a hands-on Digital Product Owner with over 11 years of focused product experience and nearly two decades of combined technical and product roles, currently shaping digital experiences at Edward Jones. He blends deep infrastructure and cloud engineering roots—VMware private cloud, CDN and streaming operations—with proven product leadership in B2B SaaS, machine-learning enabled automation, and enterprise digital transformation. Mike excels at translating complex technical constraints into prioritized roadmaps, driving frequent releases, and aligning cross-functional teams through influence rather than authority. Recognized for improving PI and sprint planning cadence and for serving as the primary SME for sales/support, he pairs analytical rigor with a creative UX sensibility (front-end and marketing background). Based in Akron, Ohio, he brings a rare fusion of operational discipline, user-centered thinking, and a penchant for filling gaps to ensure releases deliver measurable customer value.
