Senior🎓
Top SchoolMikhail Kashkin is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with 25+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling AI-enabled products, cloud-native platforms, and high-throughput infrastructures across startups and enterprise environments. He specializes in turning chaotic engineering organizations into delivery-focused teams, architecting mission-critical systems for national-scale planning, fintech, and Web3 intelligence. His recent work includes leading Infraforecast, an AI-powered macroeconomic simulation platform used by governments and development banks, and designing a Bloomberg-like analytics engine for crypto signal detection. Comfortable as a fractional or interim CTO, he combines deep Python expertise with pragmatic product thinking to align engineering with business outcomes and M&A readiness. Not obvious from the title: he repeatedly moves from prototype to production at national or industry scale—shaping policy-grade systems and programmatic SEO and learning platforms alike. Based in Bangkok, he consults and mentors founders on technical strategy, resilience, and exit preparation.
