Summary
Mikhail Kuzmin is a Senior Software Engineer with six years of cross-platform experience, currently shaping mobile experiences at Agoda with a strong iOS focus. He combines deep Swift expertise, UIKit/SwiftUI fluency and a pragmatic mastery of concurrency and FRP (RxSwift, Combine) to deliver performant, energy- and memory-efficient apps across iOS, iPadOS and macOS (Catalyst). Mikhail has led platform-level efforts—building backend-driven UIs, modular CoreData stacks and migration strategies—and has driven migrations from REST to gRPC to improve reliability and performance. Comfortable across the stack, he also codes in TypeScript, Python and Node/FastAPI backends, and applies CI/CD, scripting and testing rigor to production releases. A proactive SCRUM practitioner and mentor, he pairs technical leadership with hands-on delivery and a knack for squeezing latency, thermal and memory wins out of real devices.
