Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia
Summary
👤
SeniorMikhail Pshenichnikov is a blockchain-focused technology leader and CTO with a decade of experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade crypto infrastructure. He has led and grown small remote engineering teams to build open-source Dash ecosystem products and platform services, combining hands-on development with architecture and project management. His background spans low-level Bitcoin/Monero integrations, Node.js and Rust services, Kubernetes-based scaling, and reliable messaging architectures (RabbitMQ) for high-throughput blockchain listeners. Mikhail has repeatedly worked on DAO-funded and streaming-development projects, blending community-driven roadmaps with quarterly-budget delivery. Based in Novosibirsk, he brings a practical mix of core protocol understanding and cloud-native ops that’s uncommon in team leads—able to both code critical daemon integrations and manage cross-chain product launches.
