Top SchoolMikhail Snitavets is a Data & AI Engineer with 10 years of experience building cloud-native data platforms and AI-driven services, currently based in Warsaw. He designs and implements end-to-end pipelines on AWS and GCP—covering Glue, EMR/Dataproc, BigQuery, Step Functions, Lambda, Bedrock and Databricks—with a strong focus on reliability, performance and IaC via Terraform/Terragrunt. His recent work includes architecting agentic report-generation and multi-tenant AI SaaS proofs-of-concept that combine schema-driven JSON validation with AI orchestration for consistent, customizable outputs. Comfortable across Spark, Python, Java and large-scale ETL, he has migrated legacy Hadoop workloads to modern cloud analytics and handled rapid Kafka/Schema Registry moves under tight deadlines. Known for pragmatic documentation, naming conventions and operational tooling, he brings both deep implementation skills and a knack for translating complex data requirements into auditable production systems.
