Top SchoolMikhail Vinertsev is a seasoned technology leader and CTO based in Astana with eight years of hands-on experience building backend systems, blockchain smart contracts, and Node.js services. He cut his teeth in banking IT, developing gateways and integrations with state systems (SMEW, GIS GMOs) and core banking software, and has risen from frontline developer roles to lead engineering and technical strategy. At i-link he now oversees product and platform direction while still contributing to backend and Solidity development, blending operational leadership with deep implementation skills. His background in IT-focused mathematics gives him a structured approach to designing auditable, secure systems—an asset in regulated financial and blockchain domains. A detail that stands out: he has repeatedly transitioned between fast-moving startups and strict banking environments, proving an ability to deliver pragmatic solutions under compliance constraints.
