Top SchoolMikkel Kristensen is a UX Lead and Service Designer with over a decade of experience shaping digital experiences for billion-dollar industries like shipping, logistics, and banking. He combines hands-on design craft—user research, journey mapping, prototyping and copy—with people leadership, having managed and mentored a global team of nine designers across multiple continents. Comfortable as a solo designer on multi-million-dollar projects or as a team lead, he translates complex operational processes into intuitive B2B and B2C workflows that drive measurable impact. He’s equally at home facilitating cross-disciplinary co-creation workshops with product, engineering and data teams as he is delivering pixel-perfect prototypes. Based in Copenhagen, Mikkel also studies software development and screenplay development, a mix that sharpens both his technical grounding and storytelling-led design approach.
