Top SchoolMiklos Juhasz is a seasoned engineering leader with 11+ years of experience building and scaling distributed, cross-functional teams while shipping agile web applications and developer tools. Currently a Senior Manager at Fivetran based in Amsterdam, he blends hands-on engineering (including Scala and backend systems work) with recruiting, Agile coaching, and product-focused delivery. He has a track record of guiding companies through bottom-up Agile transitions and rapid growth—helping Automattic scale from ~200 to 600 people and turning small teams into deliberately distributed units at Power Diary. Comfortable toggling between coding, technical leadership, and operational duties, he emphasizes clean code, TDD, continuous delivery and effective communication to improve decision-making. He also brings systems-level experience from RIPE NCC (RPKI validator) and telecom R&D, combining infrastructure, release engineering and hiring expertise in remote-first environments since 2014.
