Summary
👤
SeniorMiko Nieminen is a versatile founder and software generalist with 13+ years of experience building architectures, prototypes and product-focused systems from Zürich. He moves fluidly between hands-on engineering and advisory roles, founding and running multiple consultancies while advising startups and product teams across Europe. Miko prefers designing simple, practical project-management models—an outlook shaped by his Master’s thesis—that prioritize avoiding catastrophic failures over process orthodoxy. He champions open source behind the scenes, nudging teams toward community collaboration even when much of his work remains private. Known for starting experimental efforts and handing off proven concepts for productization, he excels at turning early R&D into pragmatic solutions.
