Top SchoolMikolaj Misiurewicz is a Senior PHP Engineer with over 16 years in software engineering and a dozen years of focused professional experience delivering reliable web platforms from full-stack PHP to modern Python and TypeScript services. Currently at Bumble, he brings deep expertise in PHP/Symfony, performance engineering and testing automation—having driven major backend modernizations, introduced standardized code analysis, and boosted frontend PHP performance by over 60% in past roles. He combines hands-on coding with operational leadership (lead performance engineer and product owner experience), skilled at incident analysis, monitoring (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/ELK) and shaping performance-first culture across large teams. Comfortable across deployment and CI tooling (Chef, CircleCI), plus GraphQL and React on the front end, he often bridges gaps between developers and stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. Notably, his career shows a consistent pattern of turning performance pain points into predictable, scalable systems and reproducible testing practices.
