Top SchoolMilan Raulim is a Product Development Manager with 12 years of hands-on experience building and operating business software that sits inside companies’ telecom infrastructure. At Spinoco he architects and implements the Scala-based Spinoco App, pairing backend development with Linux and network administration to ensure reliable team communication, client interactions, and task analytics. He translates complex requirements into system specifications, mentors new engineers, and contributes to company-wide projects while also lecturing to the Czech Scala community. Based in Prague, he combines low-level operational know-how with product-minded engineering, making him equally comfortable troubleshooting network devices and driving feature development. An electrotechnician by training, he brings a practical, infrastructure-first perspective that helps bridge telecom, software, and operations.
