Top SchoolMiles Robson is a Business Systems Engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Node, and Python, backed by a Computer Science degree. He specializes in improving operational workflows and platform health—building LWCs, batch Apex, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling that eliminate swivel-chair work and prevent unexpected outcomes. Miles has driven org-wide standards and migrations across enterprise environments (Cash App, National Debt Relief, Gravity Payments), mentors peers on coding and deployment best practices, and frequently prototypes quick POCs to validate solutions. A lifelong problem solver who began in game development, he automates repetitive tasks for both teams and his own onboarding speed, using mocking frameworks and local tooling. Active in the Salesforce Discord community and a repeat game jam participant, he blends pragmatic engineering with a curiosity for new tech and community-driven learning.
