Senior🎓
Top SchoolMilton Castro is a pragmatic software engineer with nearly two decades of experience and a nine-year concentrated professional track record delivering high-quality, maintainable systems across Android, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python and Ruby. He combines strong craftsmanship—refactoring, automation and continuous integration—with hands-on front-end contributions (notably to the Liferay portal) and backend/embedded experience from firms like CESAR and Procenge. As a contractor he has supported major IT clients and even worked on-site in Italy and France, demonstrating adaptability in international, cross-cultural teams. He runs a personal innovation studio, Inovant Creations, where he experiments with new languages, paradigms and entrepreneurial projects to validate ideas and sharpen his tooling. Milton’s focus is practical: making code easier to understand, safer from bugs and ready for change while continuously learning and applying those lessons in production.
