Top SchoolMilton Läufer is a Berlin-based full-stack web developer with four years of professional experience who pairs production engineering at Image-Line with a rich literary and academic background. Trained with an MFA and PhD from New York University in creative writing and digital literature, he brings a rare blend of algorithmic thinking and narrative design to web projects, having published multiple computer-generated novels and literary pieces in outlets like Esquire and Vice. He leverages his authorial practice—experimenting with algorithmic text and online-first publications—to inform creative technical solutions and user-facing experiences. Comfortable across the full stack, Milton bridges technical implementation and content-driven product thinking, making him effective at projects that combine interactive literature, generative systems, and web delivery. An understated strength is his experience translating experimental digital-art concepts into deployable web artifacts, a skill honed during a writer-in-residence at MIT’s Trope Tank.
