Top SchoolMin Kim is a principal operator-turned-venture partner with over a decade of experience building and scaling startups across logistics, food tech, fintech, and consumer platforms. He blends hands-on product and UX sensibility with operational rigor—having co-founded consumer apps, helped launch Uber Freight, scaled multi-site F&B brands to multi-million dollar revenue, and driven logistics and last-mile optimization at Grubhub. Comfortable translating strategy into executable roadmaps, he specializes in supply-chain optimization, financial modeling, and go-to-market execution that converts pilots into repeatable growth. At Coupang and through venture roles he's focused on identifying scalable business models and operational levers that improve unit economics. A former synthetic biology researcher turned entrepreneur, he brings an uncommon mix of analytical depth, design-minded product instincts, and frontline ops experience to help startups move from zero to one and beyond.
