Top SchoolMingcai Shen is a technology leader and CTO based in Shenzhen with 13 years of experience building and operating software platforms across networking, OTT media, and product teams. He has progressed from router software team lead to product manager and now leads engineering and architecture at 北京金胡桃科技, previously driving OTT platform architecture and operations at 北京希恩视通. Methodical and curious by nature, he combines hands-on engineering with structured team management to deliver reliable systems at scale. Comfortable bridging product and technical execution, he has deep roots in communications and networked software from his degree in telecommunications management. Notably, he prefers steady, disciplined craftsmanship over flashy titles—“just a programmer” who builds order into complex projects.
