Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMingjie Jiang is a product-focused engineer with a decade of experience building and scaling early-stage products in the San Francisco startup ecosystem. He has repeatedly taken founding product engineering roles—most recently at Recess and earlier at Ender—bringing hands-on ownership from prototype to launch and then joining Linear to contribute within a larger product org. His background blends community-facing work (three years leading at Hack Club) with rapid iteration in small teams, suggesting strengths in user empathy, tooling, and shipping fast. Based in San Francisco and educated at UC Berkeley, he combines technical depth with a knack for translating community feedback into product decisions. An observant collaborator, he tends to move between founding-stage ambiguity and product-driven execution, making him effective both at shaping roadmaps and implementing them.
