Senior🎓
Top SchoolMinh Reigen is a seasoned software engineer with 13 years of experience building and scaling web products across startups and larger organizations from San Francisco. He blends hands-on backend expertise (Ruby on Rails, Elixir/Phoenix, Postgres, Redis) with product-minded engineering, having co-founded a consumer startup (LLama) and supported an acquisition during his time at Twistage/Lexmark. Minh has led teams, improved performance and developer practices, and mentors engineers learning Elixir while currently contributing at Brilliant. His background spans full lifecycle work—APIs, devops on AWS, automated testing, and customer-facing ops like sales and onboarding—bringing rare empathy for both technical and business constraints. Notably, he pairs practical production improvements with entrepreneurial grit, having personally tested products in multiple cities and managed offshore development and data teams.
