Top SchoolMirza Baig is a Senior Development Consultant and seasoned Python backend engineer with 9 years of experience building high-performance, cloud-native systems for fintech and large-scale consumer products. He specializes in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI), scalable REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines powered by Azure Kusto, Event Hub and ELT workflows. Mirza has driven observable, low-latency platforms—optimizing ingestion throughput, KQL queries and API bottlenecks—while reducing MTTR through structured logging, tracing and CI/CD automation. He has led features for products serving millions of users and designed secure payment and transaction systems compliant with financial regulations. Comfortable collaborating across product, data and compliance teams, he combines hands-on coding with system design to turn operational telemetry into actionable insights. Notably, he pairs deep backend optimization experience with practical cloud observability patterns that accelerate troubleshooting in distributed manufacturing and payment environments.
