Top SchoolMislav Josic is a data and analytics professional with two decades of experience and a recent focus on data governance and learning at NATO Communications and Information Agency. He blends academic rigor from a PhD in Economics with hands-on engineering across SQL, Python, BigQuery, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx to deliver automated reporting, predictive models and data-driven supervision. His career moves from macroeconomic forecasting and academic research to practical solutions in telecom churn/fraud detection and fintech reporting, giving him uncommon fluency in both econometrics and production ML. He has led cross-functional projects, introduced social network analysis for financial stability, and run data quality programs that tightened reporting controls. Comfortable teaching and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences, he also runs workshops to upskill teams in SQL and analytics. Based in Portugal, he pairs policy-oriented thinking with pragmatic ETL and dashboarding skills to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
