Summary
👤
SeniorMladen Srdić is a seasoned engineering leader with 12 years of experience building resilient teams and delivery practices, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Culture Amp and VP of Engineering at Orgnostic. He has repeatedly transformed delivery from slow, risky releases to frequent zero-downtime deployments, and has hands-on experience modularizing monoliths into service-oriented platforms in bioinformatics and data-heavy applications. As former CTO and long-time engineering director at Seven Bridges, he combined people ops, roadmap ownership, and process design to grow engineers into leaders and align product and technical strategy. Based in Belgrade, he excels at bridging product and domain logic—most notably contributing to metamodel and platform domain work at Orgnostic—while keeping teams fast and predictable. Colleagues know him for pragmatic change management: shipping measurable improvements in quality and throughput rather than theoretical blueprints.
