Top SchoolMoacir Filho is a Site Reliability Engineer based in Pernambuco, Brazil, with a deep foundation in Linux and AIX system administration spanning more than two decades and nine years in SRE-focused roles. Since 2017 he has driven reliability and operational excellence at Serpro, after a decade as a Senior Unix System Administrator at the same federal IT provider, bringing institutional knowledge of large-scale government infrastructure. He pairs hands-on systems expertise with a computer engineering background from Universidade de Pernambuco to design robust, observable platforms and incident-ready operations. Colleagues know him as "Moka" — a nickname that hints at a steady, methodical approach akin to a well-brewed coffee, and he often surfaces pragmatic automation and hardening improvements that are easy to adopt across teams.
