Top SchoolMocy Sheng is a senior software engineer with 14 years of experience building large-scale, production-grade systems across consumer and developer platforms, currently at Apple after senior roles at Google and as Head of Engineering at Narya.ai. He has led cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects—from coordinating multi-organization launches for Google Meet and Play Services to architecting a Rust-based fuzzing engine and no-code smart contract testing platform at Narya.ai. Comfortable spanning backend, mobile, and full-stack domains, he has a track record of reducing maintenance burden through code generation, enabling platform-wide migrations, and automating security testing for EVM contracts. Based in California with a CS master’s from University of San Francisco, he blends deep technical craftsmanship with product-minded leadership and a penchant for building tools that make complex workflows accessible. Unusually, his background combines mechanical engineering foundations with extensive software leadership, informing a practical, systems-oriented approach to engineering problems.
