Top SchoolMohaimen Uzzaman is an analytics and data engineering leader with nine years’ experience delivering complex data migrations, reporting platforms and insight-driven solutions across banking, transport and government sectors. Currently Executive Manager Analytics & Insights at Westpac, he has led large transformation reconciliations and acted as technical lead/data architect on mission-critical programs such as the ASX CHESS replacement. With a PhD in Deep Learning for Microcontrollers and a background in electrical engineering, he blends rigorous research-led thinking with practical ETL, BI and reconciliation expertise (PowerBI, Qlik, SSIS, CLOVERDX). Colleagues rely on him to translate messy legacy systems into auditable, production-ready data flows and to manage mixed technical teams through high-stakes deliveries. He’s equally comfortable deep in data profiling and risk analysis as he is shaping strategy and stakeholder reporting across enterprise programs.
