Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMohammad Shakouri is a pragmatic technology leader and contract CTO with over a decade of hands-on experience architecting and operating high-uptime web platforms from Tehran. He combines full-stack engineering (Laravel, Next.js, Vue, Node) with DevOps ownership—managing Docker, Traefik, CI/CD pipelines and nation-scale resilience for payment-focused systems. At tanincard.ir he led realtime backup, multi-channel payment verification (OTP, barcodes, QR) and complex third-party integrations that kept revenue flowing through widespread network outages. Earlier roles span frontend optimization, legacy migrations and A/B experimentation at large consumer sites, plus consultancy work adding features like in-app calling for telehealth. Known for turning ambiguous product needs into secure, maintainable systems, he pairs day-to-day coding with team-building and process improvements. An entrepreneurial early career (agency co-founder) gives him strong product empathy alongside technical depth.
