Top SchoolMohanen Balasubramanian is a Senior Lead Engineer specializing in computer vision and deep learning with nine years of experience building stereo vision and 3D perception systems from the ground up. Based in Chennai, he has progressed through technical leadership roles at Valeo and earlier hands-on algorithm development at VisAi Labs and e-con Systems, delivering camera calibration, depth estimation, noise removal, and measurement solutions for productized systems. He combines strong mathematical foundations with practical proficiency in OpenCV, PCL, GPU acceleration and system design to rapidly prototype and integrate cutting-edge research into production. Known for translating research papers into robust code, he also mentors peers through code reviews and clear technical communication. An unusual strength is his full-stack experience—having owned server and Android/Linux OTA systems—so he bridges low-level vision algorithms with end-to-end product engineering.
