Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMohd H is a Staff Software Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur with 12 years of experience building cloud-native, resilient systems primarily on AWS using Scala/Java, Node.js and React. He has moved between hands-on architecture and people leadership at SEEK, leading migrations to serverless microservices, stream-based batch pipelines, and unified observability with Datadog. Known for combining deep technical craft with team-building, he coaches engineers on reactive principles and SRE practices while shaping hiring and incident-management processes across regions. Earlier roles at ServiceRocket demonstrate his affinity for serverless, Kubernetes operators, and GraphQL façades over legacy systems—showing he favors pragmatic, low-operational-cost solutions. His engineering approach blends systems thinking with practical automation (infrastructure-as-code and operators) and a fondness for elegant metaphors—reflected in his GitHub bio about transformation. This mix of pragmatic architecture, cross-functional leadership, and an operator’s mindset makes him effective at turning complex, legacy landscapes into scalable, maintainable platforms.
