Top SchoolMohit Agrawal is a data strategist and builder with 11 years of experience turning large-scale user and government datasets into product-led outcomes. Currently based in Tokyo, he designs budgeting products for governments and previously served as Chief Data Officer and lead engineer at WiseVine, growing teams and driving technical go-to-market strategy. He has deep hands-on experience in machine learning, distributed data platforms and personalization from a multi-year tenure at Yahoo! Japan where he led data science efforts on one of Japan’s highest-traffic pages. As a founder and product lead he launched consumer apps with strong traction—one textbook helper exceeded 60–80k downloads and sustained high ratings through viral product design. Trained at IIT Delhi with research publications in recommender systems and graphic recognition, he blends rigorous academic grounding with applied product instincts and recruitment experience across top engineering campuses. Not obvious: he pairs startup hustle with enterprise-scale data engineering, having interviewed 150+ candidates and shipped solutions that handled hundreds of millions of daily pageviews.
