Senior🎓
Top SchoolMohit Malpani is a pragmatic software engineer with 10 years of experience building and optimizing mobile products at scale, currently driving stability and performance as a Software Development Engineer - III at Tesco Bengaluru. He excels at diagnosing and fixing high-impact production issues—owning end-to-end resolutions for ANRs and duplicate-order bugs—and has repeatedly improved user experience by cutting key screen load times from 8–10s to 2–3s and streamlining app launch sequences. Mohit blends hands-on refactoring, CI/CD hardening and architectural work (notably in basket-module optimization) with product partnership during discovery to shape feasible solutions. He has led cross-market mobile launches, prototyped frictionless shopping experiences like Pick&Go, mentored junior engineers, and presented mobile architecture learnings company-wide. A detail-oriented practitioner, he pairs data-driven validation with cleaner experimentation practices to ensure changes both perform and are measurable.
