Senior🎓
Top SchoolMolly Krumholz is a Senior Software Engineer based in Boulder, Colorado with seven years of experience turning messy legacy systems and complex data flows into reliable, maintainable products. She excels at technical project design, leading cross-functional incident response, and optimizing large-scale ETL pipelines for event-sourced applications used by millions of students. At Panorama she improved nightly sync reliability across thousands of schools and championed automated dependency workflows to reduce manual overhead. Molly pairs hands-on engineering with operational leadership—overhauling support processes to free senior engineers for higher-value work and mentoring junior teammates. Outside of work she pursues extreme endurance sports—splitboarding, ultra running, and thru-hiking—which mirrors her appetite for long, iterative engineering challenges. Ask her about Ruby quirks or the tradeoffs of event-sourcing and you’ll get a practical, experience-driven perspective.
