Senior🎓
Top SchoolMona F is a veteran software engineer and founder based in New York with two decades of hands-on experience building impactful products across industries from scientific instruments to triple-A games and large-scale streaming platforms. She has led engineering and product teams to scale startups to Series A, driven 300% revenue growth through platform initiatives, and architected award-winning streaming and mobile applications for AOL, Yahoo, and CBS. As Founder & CEO of JaneTech, she combines rapid, budget-conscious delivery with a proprietary tech suite informed by prior CTO and chief architect roles. Mona’s technical depth includes low-level systems work on console memory allocators and core graphics libraries as well as modern web and infrastructure leadership, reflecting a rare full-stack-to-systems fluency. Passionate about accessibility, sustainability, and creative tools, she intentionally applies software to improve people’s lives—working with artists, musicians, scientists and enterprises alike. Her career reveals a pattern of joining high-impact projects early and turning technical strategy into lasting product value.
