Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMorais Junior is a product-focused software leader with nearly two decades of engineering experience and nine years in senior roles, currently leading product at Clube FII from Ceará, Brazil. He has a strong track record building high-traffic systems and migrating legacy stacks to cloud-native, serverless and microservices architectures—work that included rewrites, database modeling, and scaling to thousands of requests per second. At startups like Malga (YC S21) he moved into people and process leadership, forming squads and mentoring new tech leads during rapid growth. Comfortable across Azure, AWS, CI/CD, SQL Server and front-end tooling, he combines hands-on architecture with product sensibility and SEO-aware delivery. Less obvious: he began in mechanical engineering and manufacturing automation, which gives him a practical, systems-thinking approach to engineering trade-offs.
