Top SchoolMordechai Djavaheri is a software engineer with 11 years’ experience who blends practical engineering with a lifelong curiosity—he likens building software to playing with Legos and brings that playful, iterative mindset to production systems. Based in New York, he has shipped front-end and full‑stack features at companies like Blue Apron and 1800flowers, and currently contributes to Halachipedia while serving in educational leadership roles at RIETS. His background in mathematics and computer science from Yeshiva University underpins a methodical approach to problem solving, while early roles in IT and web production give him strong ops and QA instincts. Comfortable across WordPress, Rails, Backbone-era front ends, and tooling for internal platforms, he excels at turning requirements into shipped, user-facing functionality. Not obviously visible from titles alone, he combines hands-on coding with experience running cross-functional projects and client-facing technical work.
