Senior🎓
Top SchoolMorgan Broadbent is a Senior Consultant and systems engineer with a decade of experience delivering complex defence and electronic warfare solutions across Australia. Combining technical depth from a BE(Hons) in Electrical Engineering with executive perspective from an MBA (AGSM), Morgan has led EW capability upgrades, re-baselined naval ESM systems, and established integration labs and configuration frameworks now adopted program-wide. He pairs hands-on software and systems engineering (including migrating mission-critical simulation software) with pragmatic ICT strategy and business transformation that supported rapid company growth. Elected councillor in Queanbeyan‑Palerang, he brings public‑facing governance, strategic planning and community advocacy into his technical leadership. Known for translating pre-Gate 0 concepts into validated architectures and challenging billion-dollar business cases, Morgan excels at turning ambiguous, high-stakes problems into auditable, operational outcomes. Raised in regional Armidale, he retains a practical, no-nonsense approach that favours resilience and real-world impact over technical showmanship.
