Top SchoolMorgan Rich is a mission-driven technical lead with 12+ years building full-stack, data and cloud solutions for nonprofits focused on youth mental health and social impact. They’ve led complex WordPress-to-Salesforce migrations and bi-directional syncs that now support 300+ university programs, and at The Trevor Project implemented Salesforce, Twilio Flex, and Slack automations that improved volunteer workflows. Comfortable from React and TypeScript to Python, Node and Terraform, Morgan bridges technical and non-technical teams to deliver maintainable, accessible systems at scale. They combine hands-on engineering (including custom WP-CLI tooling and robust testing frameworks) with program-level thinking, and have co-chaired identity ERGs and presented at national conferences. Based in Atlanta, Morgan is especially adept at translating mission-driven requirements into resilient integrations and automation that multiply impact.
