Top SchoolMorgan Schwartz is a systems engineer and people leader with nine years of experience, currently driving departmental excellence and systems engineering at L3Harris in Melbourne, Florida. She blends hands-on photonics and opto-mechanical design experience with systems architecture, requirements analysis, and verification work across space and airborne programs. As a recent group leader and e3 representative, she champions operational improvement, mentoring and onboarding while supervising cross-functional teams to meet rigorous program milestones. Pursuing INCOSE ASEP certification and active in machine learning research with Funkelab, she pairs academic systems training (MS Systems Engineering) with practical lab and field test know-how. Notably, she has repeatedly translated user-centered design constraints into producible opto-mechanical solutions and helped scale departmental processes through e3 deployment and ERG-driven development programs.
