Top SchoolMorgan Smith is a founder and experiential travel concierge with nine years of cross-disciplinary experience blending consulting, go-to-market strategy, and storytelling to design effortless small-group retreats and bespoke travel through Alderhouse. Formerly a managing director at a B2B strategy firm and host of a widely followed B2B show that amassed millions of watch minutes and 15,000+ followers, Morgan pairs executive-level commercial fluency with a knack for curating memorable, operationally tight experiences. Earlier roles in economic development and public policy honed a data-driven approach to strategy and stakeholder alignment, while freelance web work and open-source contributions to Emacs keybindings show a hands-on technical curiosity. Based in Denver, Morgan is known for treating people well, obsessing over the details that make experiences feel effortless, and judging taquerías by their al pastor — a small telling detail that speaks to his love of craft and taste.
