Top SchoolMorgan Swanson is a Technical Program Manager in San Francisco with eight years of hands-on experience building mission-critical systems for space, agriculture, and automotive domains. He has founded and scaled TractorCloud, prototyping end-to-end IoT and analytics pipelines for fleets of 2,500+ assets and raising early funding, then pivoted to rapid prototyping and integration of vision navigation for lunar landers at Space-ng. Morgan blends systems engineering and product instincts—designing CI/CD and HIL testbeds that increased execution speed tenfold and shipping cinematic imaging and mission ops procedures for a lunar mission. His background spans embedded C, CAN-based telematics, machine vision, and NLP prototypes, and he has driven measurable model improvements through high-quality dataset delivery. A former touring musician who ran a profitable band business, he brings entrepreneurial grit, creative problem solving, and cross-disciplinary communication to technical programs. Colloquially a “tractor hacker” and moon-lander builder, he’s comfortable moving between low-level hardware validation and high-level program delivery.
