Senior🎓
Top SchoolMorgan Taylor is a Senior Software Engineer II specializing in design systems, blending a decade of front-end engineering with a strong design sensibility to create consistent, accessible UI experiences. Based in Denver, they lead component-library initiatives and have driven cross-product design system adoption at companies like Rocket Money, GroundTruth, and Shopventory. Skilled in React, Angular, Storybook, SCSS, and a11y practices, Morgan focuses on maintainable, framework-agnostic components that speed development without sacrificing UX. They bring hands-on leadership—managing small engineering teams while remaining the primary implementer on complex refactors and library builds. Outside work they’re a LEGO-building, travel-loving photographer, reflecting a visual mindset that informs their attention to interaction and detail. Notably, Morgan’s background in fine arts and practical museum/gallery roles gives them a rare combination of visual curation and production-grade front-end craft.
